Photographs of the dedication ceremony (1975) for a plaque honoring Michigan governor. Alex J. Groesbeck; also photos of Constitution Hall dedication in 2001. The building was near the site where the Constitution Convention of 1962-63 took place. The collection includes photos of a gathering of a Polish American group attended by Michigan governor John B. Swanson and other photos of Binkowski campaigning or appearing at various political or civic functions.
